Dr. Narjit Singh is the founder of My Life Centre and has practised medicine for 50 years. Mentored by his father, the late Dr. Harbans Singh, he began to question the limits of conventional medicine after his father’s death from leukaemia in 1973, and built an approach rooted in functional and preventive medicine, treating the body through lifestyle, environmental and cellular health.
